As this is a prototype, there are a few instructions: To start, click on the red moth in the middle of the screen. Don't click on the fast navigation arrows (they are the white angle brackets to the left and right of the screen), that is like cheating in a choose your own adventure book, and you will miss stuff. Click only on images within the context of the game (usually the red moth). There is sound!

ABOUT A.M.SARTOR

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest United States and live there still. Although I grumble about the grey weather in the winter, I find that the gloom has become a part of my creative process. If I lived somewhere warm and sunny I would probably just paint happy subjects. Things being what they are, my favorite topics include the supernatural, myths and lore, the darker side of fairy tales, armchair neuroscience, and nature. I am a devout procrastinator because I come up with my best ideas when I am supposed to be working on something else. My brain and how it functions is a continual fascination/frustration.
When I am not creating art I enjoy hiking, thinking about creating art, looking at other peoples art, reading, playing video games, playing pen and paper roll playing games, making lists, and being manipulated by my cat.

"The night is not a friend to those who cannot sleep." Truer words were never spoken.

I agonized over the first decision of whether to trick or trade. Sorrow is quite the nemesis.

The way "Hazel could see a ladder hidden inside" was written to look like a ladder was terribly clever.

As a big fan of Alice in Wonderland, this game tickled my fancy. What a story! Great job! The art style really fits the tale. I do wish there was an obvious way to tell if I'd seen all the options/endings though. I worry I missed something!

Very beautiful and fun! I always enjoy these different types of games that make you think about it's meaning.

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
